Exchange and return

According to effective Decree of the Government of the Republic of Moldova No. 1465 of 8 December 2003, underwear and legwear are included in the List of non-food goods of proper quality, which are not subject to return or exchange similar models of other sizes, styles, colors and configurations. To obey this law is quite reasonable when we take into account the requirements of hygiene and basic common sense. Severe restrictions are aimed at protecting consumer rights. After all, underwear is intended for individual use!

The reasons for the return may be as follows:

▷ Incorrect order picking;
▷ Presence of defects.
▷ In the event of an incorrect order picking or defect, the seller shall pay the return costs. A refund to the buyer is made within 10 calendar days.

You can return or exchange items subject to the following conditions:

▷ Within 14 days upon purchase;
▷ Tags, logos, labels must be intact. The item must be unused, its marketable condition must be preserved.
▷ You must have available a pay document (cheque, invoice) issued by our online store.

To make a return, you need:

▷ Put up a parcel consisting of:

· the item purchased

· signed return request

· cheque

▷ Choose a return method that is convenient for you
▷ Wait for a warehouse return notice. The refund will be transferred within 10 days from the date the item arrives at the warehouse.

If you want to exchange an item, but the item you need is not in stock, you will receive a refund. It will be transferred in a way convenient for you within 10 days from the date we receive the item returned.
