Do you want to pick up your order? Choose the items you need on the website and pick them up in one of our stores (without any delivery charges), because we have more than 40 stores throughout the country.

Terms of delivery to the store:

• As soon as the order arrives at the store of release, our operator will contact you.
• You can pick up your order during store opening hours.
• The order is kept in the store for 48 hours. After this period expires, the order will be canceled.

We deliver orders abroad through international mail delivery services.

The time for the parcel delivery to the buyer depends on the recipient country and the weight of the parcel.

The exact time and cost are calculated when placing an order.

Types of international delivery:

• Regular mail
• EMS (Express Mail Service) is a postal service, by which the delivery and handing over of postal items is carried out in the shortest time possible.

The postage cost depends on the weight of the parcel and its destination. Our operators will tell you the exact price upon processing the order. You can find out the approximate postage cost by using a special calculator.

How do I pay for my purchase?

First off, choose the item you like and add it to your cart. Then choose a payment method convenient for you: payment by credit card, cash, upon receipt of the goods.

• Cash to the courier. Payment is made in cash to the courier upon delivery, in MDL, in accordance with the price specified on the website.
• Prepayment by credit card. Payment is made by bank cards Visa or MasterCard. Regardless of the type of card currency, transactions are performed in lei at the rate of the bank.
